The production area for AOP Reblochon is confined to the mountains of Haute-Savoie and the Val d’Arly in Savoie. Here, our cheese looks out towards the Aravis range in the Prealps .
AOP Reblochon has existed since 1958 Reblochon is made exclusively from raw, whole milk by farmhouse producers and cheesemakers. Its paste is mild and creamy, white to ivory in colour. Its typical flavour recalls cream, with a slight hazelnut note.
